All candidates must hold the Survive and Save Bronze Core and Life Support Award
It may be acceptable for Duke of Edinburgh's Award when
combined with other Award for 3 months Skills

This award is not recognised by the Health & Safety Exec. as being suitable for full and part-time work as a Lifeguard.
All RLSS awards are valid for 2 years.
